A classmate of mine from Princeton was one of those killed in New Orleans. Interspersed between Instagram stories memorializing him were stories from the protests in New York.

Protests that other princetonians, his friends and his classmates. went to.

I can’t stop thinking about how many of our Princeton peers have posted something about globalizing the intifada.

Today the intifada came home to Princeton, and I can’t help but think about the curly haired grad student brandishing the Hezbollah flag last year.

Sometimes the pain and the anger is just too much to process.

I am so sorry and so disgusted by the response of those who praise the murderer. .

The ugliest line of the message from the perpetrator’s mosque leadership : “The safety of our community is the most important thing.” Not, mind you, the safety of their neighbors who just suffered a horrific terror attack by a fellow congregant, nor cooperating in an investigation in order to prevent more such attacks (the FBI believes he did not act alone). That kind of sums up what we’re facing right there.

Correction: his mosque was in Houston, so the murdered and injured were “only” their fellow citizens, not direct neighbors

I thought the same thing. Definitely don’t want people to “spill the beans”

There needs to be an undercover agent in every mosque.

Thank you... Free the hostages. I don't know why the western countries arent demanding that hourly. As you said, the base for this war would crumble as soon as the hostages are freed. 😢

There must be a massive amount of money flowing from the wealthy Muslim countries and into institutions, politicians and the media. Who are the major shareholders in all these media companies and how many have middle eastern ties? We shouldn’t be taking a dime from them. Which universities take big donations from these countries? And look at what that buys. I thought the Ivy League kids were supposed to be the smart ones.

The FBI has already said it wasn’t a terrorist attack in N.O. Such bullshit.

My head exploded when I heard the FBI statement. Are they f'ing kidding me? How stupid do they think we are?

Yeah, I literally can't wrap my mind around how blind the so called intellectual elite is. It's baffling. And really scary.

“You don’t take down powerful nations from outside. You dismantle them from within. Our enemies know this. Open borders results in permission for terrorism to be exported and to grow in cells in the West. But immigration or no immigration, it is the subsuming of ideologies taught in our institutions that is breeding homegrown terrorists without the need for any physical upheaval at all. Administrations that are too relaxed about our borders and our education system are wilfully ignoring the ramifications of allowing anti-Westerners to enter and embed themselves in state apparatus…”

No need to worry, I’m sure DHS will double the number of Fed agents investigating those truly extreme domestic threats: Catholic organizations, school parents exercising 1st Amendment rights against trans lunacy/debauchery and CRT in schools, Moms/Dads opposing their daughters competing against males, etc … those are the true threats to America, not some a-hole from the “religion of peace” that drives through a crowd in full body armor and loaded to the teeth. /s

It’s us or them. That’s all. They aren’t interested in peaceful coexistence. They are interested in war and murder. Pretending to be civilized in the face of a junkyard dog is a recipe for being torn to shreds. So you have two options - run away or fight. Option one is not so attractive. America doesn’t run away. American politicians do, but not Americans. The second aspect is that there is nowhere to run. Realistically, there is no safe place. Fighting is the only way. And do not believe the naysayers, these creeps will be defeated. They have been defeated many times in many places. They need one more really good defeat. And the good news is that we have the capability and knowledge to beat them. What we need is the will. And that has to come from the people.

You can rationalize, temporize, make excuses. But this is going to ramp up now. I’ll tell you why. Trump scares the crap out of these guys. And now the tide is turning in the ME. Israel is kicking their asses. They see Iran is going to fall and the Saudis are going to sign the Abraham accords. It will happen. It’s a matter of a year maybe. These extremists figure it’s now or never because they are losing. It’s time to definitively defeat these bastards and kill the ideology. We can win. And it will require doing some unpleasant things. But there is no other choice.

Israel is the canary in the coal mine. America and the West are the coal mine. Time to remove the poison.

My first thoughts were, as the motivation of the New Orleans terrorist became clear, "This is what globalizing the intifada looks like". And, to then watch as terror supporters in NYC proudly march against this country and Israel the next day? Absolutely sickening.

“It doesn’t matter if you care or don’t care about Jews or Muslim or Israelis or Palestinians or black or white, you actually have to care about the hostages. Why? Well you care about yourself right? You care about living in a world without suffering? You care about your children being raised in a safe society, and your leaders being honest about the fact? “

Well, terrorism is the FJB/Heels Up/Mayorkas legacy.. furthermore, this fetid, vile regime is trying to damage the country as much as possible on its way out.. it will take a Herculean effort to turn this tide around… and those who brought this plague in will be relegated to the dustbin of history and infamy… but now the heavy lifting begins… until now, only the IDF has been doing it.. now it’s our turn… not just Texas and Florida..

Your eloquent clarion call to action highlights to me how we must be vigilant to guard free speech rights, starting with your crucial voice. Just listened to a podcast where anti-Islamist activist Ayaan Hirsi-Ali outlines the dangers of the ideology that she grew up with and later escaped, and how it is demonstrably subverting liberal democratic values in Europe and the UK right now-with the US in its sights- including lawfare that seeks to silence opponents: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-brendan-oneill-show/id1436524071?i=1000669302714

Until the greater Muslim community stands up visibly and loudly against terrorists that act in their name, and in doing so silence every single Marxist and anarchist within our midst, nothing will change.

I expect nothing to change.

All persons age 21 or over in the USA should declare their allegiance to the USA and denounce Islamism in a written statement. Non citizens who won't should be deported. Citizens who won't make the pledge should be arrested, convicted of sedition and jailed.

The civil rights to protest and free speeh do not extend to persons who seek to overthrow our government and institute Sharia law. Of couse liberals will say this is like Mcarthyism. No. It's different. I refuse to live with snakes in the grass the kids in my family play on.

I pledge allegiance to the USA and I denounce Islamism.

Who's next?

Taqqiye, the Islamic doctrine that permits lying and deception to advance Islamic objectives. A pledge won't work.

The minute after I wrote that I remembered taqqiye. Yeah. Better just arrest the people who show support for islamists for sedition/treason.

Although they will deny that support.

I understand the frustration but if we start forcing speech, or arresting people for their speech or even thoughts (as I believe Canada was considering) then we become the authoritarian thing we hate and the Islamists win. The long hard slog of dismantling the Islamist parallel societies in the West should probably begin with not providing monetary or other government support for their schools and madrasas and on the other side teaching all children pride in and knowledge of the Western values the Islamists are trying to destroy. A good test for limiting free speech is to ask if you would want your opponents to have that power against you (as Islamists are seemingly succeeding in doing with criminalizing criticism of Islam in the UK)

Thank you Eve for speaking for so many of us. Those who couldn’t see the hostages as their fellow Americans (despite the fact that of course they are) can now clearly see their fellow Americans in New Orleans. Just so tragic that it takes the violence coming to non-Jews before the enemy can be seen. Americans are now forced to see what “globalize the intifada” means.

If they collectively advised to not talk to reporters and refer the media to CAIR (propaganda source) then they should be treated like a terrorist GROUP. We really need to ban them for at least a while to send a serious message that this is unacceptable in a free and civilized society. It is us and them.
