United Nations against Israel

The Jews are clearly unforgivably atrocious at PR, because it’s obvious that we’re the subjects of a very intentional, well-oiled, well-funded attempt to destroy us. And yet even with the piles of evidence that billions of dollars per year are being funneled into the terrorist organizations attempting to annihilate us, there are far too many of the ‘intelligentsia’ arguing that this isn’t the case, and - in fact - we’re the bad guys.

Tell me: why do we think people are so willing to believe this farce? Why are people willing to believe in nothing? To reach for illogical conclusions? To die on the hills of conspiracy with no idea why, really? Why are people so lacking in confidence to follow their own lines of inquiry and reasonable doubt, and instead stubbornly hold fast to senseless information despite being challenged on it? What is allowing so many reasonably smart people to become so irresponsibly and irreparably stupid? Is this waste of brain power a result of laziness? Or do people just not care to be smart any more?

I think I found the answer, actually.

I found the answer while trying to answer that original question: why are Jews so terribly bad at PR? I was asking myself this question a few days ago. I came up with a response:

Listen. We as Jews are not a proselytizing people. That's not what we do. That's what other groups do, but we're not in the business of converting people. We don't try to bring people around to our way of thinking. Our customs and traditions and values aren't packaged to convert, but what we do is endure and survive. So this whole question of: how do we convince people blah blah blah? It's kind of a dead end. We don't. What we can do is SHOW people. Show people how we live. It's a dark time. People are prone to propaganda, to tribalism, to group-think, because people are alone, out of touch, lacking community. If we shine a light in the dark, and show by example who we are as a people, they will see why we matter, why we are a good people to protect, why they should stand with Jews. Think on it.

The engagement was very strong. I almost united the masses - finally! So close, and so far. I noticed a retort at me from Daniel Maté, son of Gabor Maté - the famous trauma specialist – who decided he did not agree. Now, the Matés have become notorious antizionist Jews, exploiting senior Maté’s Holocaust survival to make spine-curdling comparisons between the Jews of the Holocaust and Palestinians. Maté likened Gaza to the Warsaw Ghetto as far back as 2014. Maté is one of the reasons I am highly skeptical of Jewish trauma specialists. The internalized antisemitism in many of them appears to be strong.

Anyway his son Daniel, purporting to follow in his father’s footsteps as some kind of thought leader, responded to me thus:

Listen. If EB thinks she's on the side of the true exemplars of Jewishness—the kind of Jews that making other people respect and trust us and admire what we "show by example"—that's her right. But if warmth and gratitude are what she's in it for, I promise it's better over here.

Warmth and gratitude? I think what Daniel is brilliantly but accidentally revealing is the mindset of the self-hating Jew, which seeks the, uh, “warmth and gratitude” of others, ie false validation. I ended the conversation thus:

Alas. Back to my original question. Courtesy of Daniel here, I have found my answer. People are acting stupid because they’d rather be liked. Liked at work, idolized online, retweeted on social media. They value being socially accepted over being intelligent. They’re incapable of dealing with reality. Too weak to stand in the face of it by themselves. They’d rather be like migrating penguins, encircled by the warmth of each other in the icy depths of winter, than the polar bear who braves the world alone, often ravenous. There’s no use in trying to convince them they’re dumb, because they are surrounded by other dumb-dumbs who will shelter and protect them any time they’re attacked for their dumbness. Think of a group of penguins bleating at a polar bear until the bear gives up. For the bear it’s time to get some food. Survival is at stake.

With all that said, it’s been a busy 48 hours for the bleating penguins and the bad-at-PR-polar-bear-Jews. The International Court of Jihad… sorry, Justice… spoke on Friday and while the press has spun the story in many confusing directions, in a nutshell the decision is as follows: Israel is allowed to continue its campaign in Gaza. There is no call for ceasefire. Israel must continue to make attempts to minimize civilian casualties as it’s already doing and to allow humanitarian aid into Gaza – again, as it’s already doing. And the hostages must be released NOW. Exeunt show trial.

And, of course, true to terrorist psychopathic nature, moments after the ICJ declared that Hamas must release the hostages, Hamas released a video of Daniella Gilboa, Karina Ariev and Doron Steinbrecher, then in captivity for 112 days. Did any so-called humanists, human rights activists, feminists, et al, care to comment on this? Their big International Court of Justice just recognized the humanitarian crime of keeping these hostages in captivity. Did they join us in calling for their release. Were they useful penguins? Were they heck?

I don’t mind penguins. They smell dreadful. Cute from a distance. But penguins are not going to do much when it comes to Hamas, I’m afraid. In the past few days, there have been many penguins bleating angrily about another highly significant matter: the exposure of the UNRWA. The United Nations Relief and Works Agency is one of a kind, really. It has existed since 1949, established a year after the War of Independence with Israel, to assist the Palestinians in their permanent refugee status, even though the Arabs started the war in 1948, and Israel’s borders were established with clear demarcated areas for the Arabs to live in, thus no longer rendering them “refugees”. The Palestinians became a pet project of the United Nations and now here we are almost 75 years later, and UNRWA still exist, despite attempts for years to expose the corruption at the heart of the organization.

Anyway, it seemed a very appropriate day that on Holocaust Memorial Day yesterday, UNRWA was finally exposed by Hillel Neuer and his UN Watch team. (If you’re not familiar with Hillel’s work, I highly suggest you follow him on X and elsewhere).

Sidenote: I don't care much for Holocaust Memorial Day. I think it's a nonsense that the non-Jewish world defines for itself to contort and explain away and universalize a phenomena that happened specifically and was executed successfully because of a hatred for Jewish people. But I will say this: the Holocaust was a grand act of dehumanization of Jews, intending to render Jewish people nothing but Jews. It didn't matter that we had our own societies, that we were individuals of a multitude of thoughts and practices and beings. It only mattered that we were Jews, and the source of all blame, and thus we were good for nothing but extermination. That's why six million were murdered. In order to defy this, we must refuse to let the world reduce us to just Jews once more. We must stand up to the boycotting of us, the erasure of us, the humiliation and shaming of us. We must also hold onto what makes us individuals and not let go of that in a desperate attempt to protect us from evil. Do not accept crumbs. Do not endanger ourselves with leaders or supposed allies who don't truly have our best interests at heart. We deserve to be recognized and protected in our full humanity as proud Jewish people with a proud Jewish nation.

One of the things we are as Jews is humanitarians. But UNRWA is not a humanitarian organization. And speaking of our recognition, it’s imperative that UNRWA finally fucks off from whence it came, because with UNRWA around Israel and the Palestinian people are under threat.

So, here’s what went down. It was revealed that twelve - TWELVE - UNRWA members of staff participated in the October 7 massacre.

Despite this news, the penguins continued bleating, including king penguin Owen Jones, who decided that now on Holocaust Memorial Day was the moment to continue funding said organization – UNRWA; the one that participated in the murder of Jews while masquerading as a do-gooder organization for Palestinians.

Imagine Owen Jones - or indeed any idiot penguin who also bleated dismay at UNRWA being defunded at this moment – the day Harvey Weinstein was exposed: “Hey everyone! Let’s donate to Miramax [insert link here]. They make great films, and it’s probably not true that everyone there helped Harvey Weinstein. So let’s make sure the corrupt company at least has a chance at continuing its corruption!!!”

Indeed, there was no better time than Holocaust Memorial Day to expose how an organization established to prevent another such atrocity has colluded and aided in the attempted genocide of the Jews once again. Simon Wiesenthal’s Nazi hunting legacy lives on.

So far the countries that have withdrawn funding from UNRWA include Australia, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Scotland, UK, United States, Estonia, Iceland, Japan, and Switzerland.

Reports suggest that Antonio Guterres’ position at the UN is one of shock, apparently. As though he never knew there was an issue…

UN watch has been sending countless reports on UNRWA to the powers that be at The UN for just under ten years. And according to Neuer, it wasn’t just the 12 dismissed UNRWA staff who were problematic but 120 UNRWA teachers, school principals and other employees who praised Hitler, glorified terrorist attacks and spread antisemitism. Instead UN Watch has received threats and attacks for its investigations.

So the issue isn’t merely that 12 teachers have been dismissed. It’s that 120 have not. And that’s just the peak of the iceberg here. Neuer’s organization has found a Telegram channel for 3,000 UNRWA employees that contained almost 250,000 messages, expressing excitement and celebration of the October 7 massacre. Some of the messages in the Telegram channel included:

“O God, tear them apart”

“kill them one by one”

“leave none of them behind”

“execute the first settler on live broadcast”

Just normal teacher things, right?

The suggestion by anyone that UNRWA should just be allowed to continue “helping” the Palestinians is ridiculous white -saviorism. UNRWA should be immediately defunded. (And what of The UN?). It would be unheard of to allow any business of this nature to continue given its employees participated in the raping and killing of neighboring civilians. Especially when that business is supposed to specialize in humanitarian aid.

Don't those advocating for humanitarian aid to Gaza think that the Palestinians deserve better than “help” from an organization that exacerbates tensions, indoctrinates hatred in otherwise innocent children, and engages in acts of terrorism, hmm? As a Zionist, I do. I care that Palestinians get real help. I don’t go around infantilizing Palestinians, or stagnating them from moving on from the past.

UNRWA’s mandate is completely at odds with the current landscape. It was founded on the notion that Palestinians had refugee status after their displacement following the establishment of Israel. But no law would now define Palestinians as “refugees”. UNRWA has totally failed as an organization. The mandate that the Palestinians will return to the land from the river to the sea conflicts with the need to establish a two-state solution. The Palestinians can be given aid without being lied to, or having this raison d’etre be continually imposed upon them to the detriment of the entire region.

UNRWA incites children to a life of violence through its school system. UNRWA stores weapons in its facilities and hosts access points to terror tunnels. UNRWA participated in the massacre and subsequent celebrations of said massacre of Jews. UNRWA has hidden Israeli hostages for Hamas, transporting them between hiding places. And UNRWA has covered for Hamas when it steals the humanitarian aid for Gazan civilians.

How hopeless and divorced from reality does a penguin have to be to take a position against defunding UNRWA? They care about Palestinians that much that they'd rather the Palestinians continue to be "served" by a fraudulent corrupt organization that does nothing for them besides keep them trapped under the thumb of Hamas? What effective humanitarians they are.

With PR like this, who needs to be good at it? The truth always comes out in the end.
